インド・グジャラート州進出ハンドブック

松田綜合法律事務所は、2013年にグジャラート州主催の投資イベントである「バイブラント・グジャラート2013」 において、グジャラート州産業促進局（Industrial Extension Bureau：略称「iNDEXTb」）とグジャラート州環境汚染管理委員会（Gujarat Pollution Control Board：略称「GPCB」）それぞれとの間でMOUを締結し、これに基づいてそれぞれの機関と協働して、グジャラート州への進出を目指す日系企業の皆様の同州の手続・制度理解の参考にしていただくべくハンドブックを制作いたしました。

インド・グジャラート州進出ハンドブックは、グジャラート州における各種手続・法制度等について全般的な解説を行う「全体編」と、主として環境規制にかかる法制度等を解説する「環境規制編」の二部構成とし、それぞれ日本語・英語の両言語を発表しております。
これからインド進出をご検討の企業の皆様の一助となれば幸甚です。
