Mr. Kato handles overseas transactions as well as domestic matters at Matsuda & Partners.
Before joining Matsuda & Partners in 2016, he was a member of the legal division of a leading Japanese trading company for more than ten years in total, acted on a variety of large scale international infrastructure projects. He also worked at the Tokyo office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and was involved in various M&A transactions in Japan.
