Mr. Iimura, as a patent attorney, is in charge of intellectual property practice at Matsuda & Partners. He offers comprehensive IP support from registration of intellectual property rights taking into account the business strategy of clients to how to utilize such rights after registration.
After being registered as a patent attorney in 2005, Mr. Iimura was engaged in duties related registration of trademarks and IP dispute resolutions. Thereafter, for more than 6 years, he worked at a patent law firm in Tokyo where he gained rich experience in registering rights concerning power control related technologies and auto mobile related technologies. Mr. Iimura also retains a license of "Additional Indication of Specific Infringement Litigation Representation Work" where he is permitted to represent a client jointly with a law attorney in infringement litigation involving patent and other IP rights.
